DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT:

I rode across Mill Creek in Phenix City with my windows down yesterday, July 24, 2025, and the smell was unbearable. The Chattahoochee River Conservancy posted E coli readings at Mill Creek in Phenix City, today July 25, 2025, that are off the charts in excess of 2419.6. They post "greater than". I'm assuming because their instruments can't read anything higher. This is not only an environmental issue, it is a public health issue. How is it possible that this continues week after week? I believe it has been going on for years. How do I escalate this beyond this complaint? Thanks!; Observed: Thursday July 24 and Friday July 25
